Payroll that runs on time, every pay period
We calculate wages and deductions, prepare each pay run through the payroll tool you already use, and keep the CRA remittance calendar so you don't have to. Payroll is an add-on to monthly bookkeeping, so your payroll records and your books always agree.

The details
How payroll pricing works
Payroll is $75/month plus $5 for each person you pay, owners included, added to your bookkeeping retainer. A team of eight is $115/month.
Staying on the right side of CRA
Source deductions have to be withheld correctly and remitted on time — late remittances attract penalties even when the money was withheld. We track your remitting schedule and due dates, and flag anything that needs your approval before it's late.
BC-specific obligations
BC employers also register with WorkSafeBC and report assessable payroll, and larger payrolls become subject to BC's Employer Health Tax. We keep those figures ready so the reporting isn't a separate project.
Common questions
Do you pay my employees directly?
No. Pay runs are prepared through your payroll tool and funds move from your business account. We handle the calculations, records, and filings around it.
Can you handle contractors as well as employees?
Yes. Contractor payments are tracked separately, with T4A slips prepared where they're required. If a worker's status is unclear we'll flag it — employee vs. contractor classification has real CRA consequences.
Real numbers, not "we'll get back to you."
