Pricing, in plain numbers
Every price below comes from the same formulas as our quote calculator: your monthly fee, one-time setup, and year-end filing, spelled out before you ever talk to us.
Monthly bookkeeping
Your retainer is set by how many transactions move through your accounts each month. It covers categorization, bank and card reconciliations, monthly statements, receivables and payables, and GST/PST filing support. Retainers have a three-month minimum commitment.
- Fewer than 50 transactions a month
- $300/month
- 50–150 transactions a month
- $550/month
- 150+ transactions a month
- $850/month
Payroll
Payroll is an add-on to your monthly retainer: a base fee plus a small charge for each person you pay, owners included. A team of eight is $115/month.
- Base fee
- $75/month
- Each person you payOwners on payroll included
- $5/month
One-time setup
Every new client starts from a clean, reconciled opening balance. If your books are current, that's a flat onboarding fee. If you're behind, a catch-up replaces it: your monthly fee for each month that needs rebuilding. Moving your books onto our system or setting up receipt tracking adds a one-time charge.
- OnboardingWhen your books are already up to date
- $250
- Catch-upReplaces onboarding when you're behind; priced up to 24 months

Year-end filing
Your year-end financial statements and T2 corporate return are prepared and filed by one of our contracted, independently licensed CPA partners. Signing up close to your fiscal year end compresses that work, so a rush premium applies.
